The Analytics Connection parameters setting are found in following places:

1)      Site Map > Administration Integration > WI Symbolic URL List > Host Administration (drop down).

2)      Site Map > Administration Integration > WI Symbolic URL List > Symbolic URL Administration (drop down).

Please login as “SADMIN” user (Take prior permission), since they have only privilege to view all these above Site Map hyperlink.

1. Traverse Site Map > Administration Integration

2. Traverse Administration Integration> WI Symbolic URL List

3. In WI Symbolic URL List> Host Administration (drop down), query “NQ*” for Virtual Name

4. Check NQHOST is set sb8trnws.abc.com to and NQHOSTHOME is set to sb8trnws.ABC.com:80

5. In WI Symbolic URL List > Symbolic URL Administration (drop down), Query “*” forName

6. Check whether  Dashboard-1 to  Dashboard-5 is having Host name set to sb8trnws.ABC.com and urlis http:// NQHOST/Analytics/saw.dll

7. Check whether correct server has been requested or not for the response. If all the parameters are set correctly, sometimes the analytics tries to access https:// sb8trnws.ABC.com instead of http:// sb8trnws.ABC.com. Please correct it as required.

Note: The sb8trnws.ABC.com can be replaced by other servers according to the application setting
