Error 404 Not Found, My BI Services are not up, path for opmnctl

After starting the BI Services my Presentation Services are not up

I started my BI Services and after a while when I try to choose the answers it shows Error -404 Not Found.

When we start the BI Services what happens in the backend is that the weblogic.bat file and the opmnctl.bat file is being executed. Sometimes only the weblogic gets executed and at those times we will have to manually start the opmnctl file.

The path for the opmnctl is OracleHome\instances\instance1\bin. In the cmd go to this path and the type opmnctl status. If the services are not started then type opmnctl startall. It will take a minutes time and after that the Presentation services will be up
