Hi,
I came across a requirement where I wanted the Departments to show all column values but do not want the dashboard prompt defaulted to all column values. Found this article in the blog where adding % as default values does the trick.

When defining the presentation variable after defining the name in the filter in place of default values place % and that should do the trick.
